The City of Manchester announced Monday that Chief of Police Scott Will has tendered his resignation at the end of August. His resignation comes several weeks after he was placed on leave due to an independent investigation. The City of Manchester says the specific findings of the investigation remain closed and confidential as they search for a new chief of police. Will’s last day on the job is August 31st.
