102.1 The River is KMRV LP Radio in St. Charles.  The LP means “Low Power” which means we have just enough to cover our local area at the heart of St. Charles County and into parts of North and West St. Louis County.  We are a non profit commercial free radio station owned and operated by Community Broadcasting of St. Charles County, we are supported by listeners like you and underwriting from businesses, churches, and organizations.

We are here to Educate, Entertain, Inform and Enlighten St. Charles County with fun and family friendly programming for everyone in the county featuring all your smooth pop and rock favorites of yesterday and today local news, and national news from SRN, as well as teaching from a Christian perspective in the early mornings from best selling authors and teachers like Rick Warren and Joyce Meyer, and other Christian ministry and music programs on Sunday mornings.

We have fun and entertaining personalities in between the music during the week to make your workday go by smoother!
