The O’Fallon City Council introduced a bill that would establish water and sewer rates for 2025 and 2026. The bill will receive a second reading and vote for passage at the council meeting on Oct. 24. The bill proposes an additional 3% water rate increase to be added in April 2025 with a second 3% rate increase being added in August 2025.
