Construction is underway on a nearly 200 unit apartment complex & shopping center in Dardenne Prairie.

According to a release, Prairie Encore is expected to feature numerous restaurants, volleyball & pickleball courts, along with studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom units.

It will be located at the intersection of Bryan Road and Feise Road and is expected to open in the fall of 2025.

Officials say some of the businesses expected to be built within the project include Sugarfire Smokehouse and Mac-A-Doodles Fine Wine, Beer & Spirits.

Starbucks is scheduled to open in mid-2025, and an animal hospital is also anticipated to open in late 2025.

The development is being built by Chesterfield based Mia Rose.
