Police are on the lookout for suspects connected to stealing a car and stripping it down to the axles. The thieves took most of the car’s parts, including the engine.   Kim Winston said  her purple Dodge Charge was stolen on Aug. 5 from her St. Charles County apartment parking lot, the second time in a year that it’s been stolen from the complex.  Winston said a good Samaritan found her vehicle in the Baden neighborhood in North City.
