One man has died in a single-car crash in St. Charles County Monday afternoon. The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 59-year-old Donald Winter, of West Alton, Missouri, was traveling eastbound on Highway 94, when car skidded and lost control, swerving to the right, then crossing the center line of the road before running off the right side of the road again. He hit an embankment, and the vehicle overturned. Winter was pronounced dead at the scene. There were no other occupants in the vehicle.
